These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us.
By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.
No person under the age of 18 years may purchase Goods. If you are under 18, please confer with an adult to make your purchase.

Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When you place an order with www.silvaback.com.au and we have approved your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is placed, all details are considered final. Please make sure you check your ordered items and delivery address, as these cannot be changed after the order is printed or packed. Should the shipping details you provided be incorrect and you need your order redirected you will be charged with the redelivery fee. You will not be able to add extra items on to your order once it has been placed.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Out of stock products
On occasions an item of stock that you purchase may be out of stock. If one or more items in your order are out of stock a staff member of www.silvaback.com.au will contact you and your options can be discussed.
We take our products and service seriously. It’s for this reason we offer a hassle-free No BS policy with all our products. If there’s ever an issue with our service or product that is outside of normal wear and tear, simply let us know and we’ll take care of it with a No BS attitude.
Returns are processed through our returns department from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. We cannot process them on weekends.
*Please note: We will only refund using the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Refund amount does not include shipping cost.
We will only except returns on damaged or faulty items. Notification of danmaged or faulty items must be received within 10 days of dispatch.
Damaged or faulty goods upon arrival
Occasionally goods don’t turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may have a manufacturing fault. In either of these cases we will endeavour to ensure you get what you paid for.
We may ask you to supply photos evidence of the damaged goods received.
If a refund is required it may take up to 21 days to process
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery can only be made within Australia.
- All deliveries are made by Australia Post and are subject to their rules and regulations.
- Delivery times are only guidelines, not guarantees. All deliveries are authorised to leave, unless instructed otherwise.
We aim to delivery your order as promptly as possible. However, we do not have control over your order once it has been passed into the Australia Post system. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. If this is the case we be more than happy to liaise with Australia post to track your order.
Special Instruction for Delivery cannot be added. If the parcel doesn't fit in your letter box Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your parcel at the nearest Aust Post Outlet.
Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day, however at times there may be delays in getting the order out to you.
Deliveries will only be delivered during business days.
